Throughout his career, Paul has held senior leadership positions at Wealth One Bank of Canada, ING DIRECT (now Tangerine Bank), Ally Bank, Morningstar DBRS, CFF Bank and Dealnet Capital. In these roles, he helped build and scale financial institutions while guiding them through organizational and regulatory change.
