Yes, you will have access to your account through online banking.
In Online Business Banking, you can set up READ ONLY and INITIATOR delegates for anyone that needs access, such as an accountant, a partner, or a staff member. Delegates can be setup in online banking through the Business Services menu. The following statuses are available to those that are not authorized signers but need access to the accounts:
- READ ONLY Status: Allows the delegate to only view and download anything in online banking.
- INITIATOR Status: Allows the delegate to initiate transactions but they must be approved by an authorized signer.
If you need to make an update to your account, please provide a letter of direction on company letterhead outlining what needs to be changed. The letter must be signed by an authorized signer or a company senior executive.
